These Terms apply specifically to our Services. They do not apply to your use of Roblox, or the experiences that we make available through Roblox. To play our experiences on Roblox you must agree to the Roblox Terms of Use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any Account that You use to access Our Services. You must not let other people use Your account, nor may You use anyone else's Account, to access our Services.
You must immediately notify Us if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Account.
At Our sole discretion, We may terminate or suspend Your access to Our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
Our Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, and disclose information about You. By using Our Services, You also agree with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
To ensure that Our Services are safe for anyone to enjoy, We require You to use them in a responsible, respectful, and legal manner.

You are responsible for the User Content that You post to Our Services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Your User Content must not include any information which can be used to identify You, or any other person regardless of whether they are a user of Our Services. "Doxxing" and other such behaviours are strictly prohibited.
By posting User Content to Our Services, You certify that you hold the rights to post such User Content. You must not post such User Content without holding the rights to do so. You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content on and through Our Services. You retain any and all of Your rights to any User Content You submit, post or display on or through Our Services and You are responsible for protecting those rights.
So long as you agree and comply with these Terms, We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Our Services on any devices that You own or control, for your own personal use and entertainment.
If You breach any of these Terms, at Our sole discretion We reserve the right to revoke your license to use Our Services.
You must use Our Services only in the manner in which they are intended to be made available to you. For example, you may use our Website by visiting it in a browser. You must not use Our Services in any manner which might permit you to lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense any part of Our Services in any form.

You must not gain, or attempt to gain, access to any part of the platform and infrastructure that We use to provide You with Our Services. You must not engage in any behaviours that may be considered intrusive to our systems including, but not limited to:
Conducting a port scan, or any other form of network scan, on any of Our systems.
Conducting a vulnerability scan, penetration test, or other form of manual or automated scan or test designed to uncover vulnerabilities in Our systems that could be exploited to gain unlawful access to those systems.
Attempting to avoid, evade, or bypass any of our security measures, mechanisms or techniques.
Attempting to gain access to any of Our systems without Our express written consent.
Our Services may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Business. These services may contain content that you consider to be offensive or objectionable, or which have Terms of Use or rules different to these Terms.We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, Our Services is at your sole risk. Our Services and all products and services delivered to You through Our Services are (except as expressly stated by Us) provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred pounds sterling (£100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months for Your use of Our Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Business and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Us regarding Our Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between Us regarding Our Services.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Services after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using Our Services.
